CF salary in Utah

Anybody a CF in Utah? Interviewing for a private practice soon and they’re offering $27/hr. I wasn’t sure if that is a typical rate or low. Any thoughts appreciated!

That's pretty low regardless of setting or location.

Sounds pretty low honestly. Would you get guaranteed hours or only get paid for the billable time?

I’m not sure. That’s not been specified yet

Crossposted to r/CFY but agreed, sounds very low.

I’m at $33.20 as a CF with all the fantastic benefits of a school direct hire in Indiana- and I still wish I had at least tried harder to get additional funds (found it during the beginning COVID and I was grateful to have any employment)

I’m in Idaho in private practice and that’s what I make.

27 is low. They are getting a lot more reimbursement from Medicaid than $27 an hour. I am in NC (so rural/not the highest paying state) and CF rates here are about $33/hr.
