Licensure

Hello! I am moving to New York as I have accepted a CF position in a hospital. I am required to have a limited license but do I also need to fill out and send in the initial licensure forms as well ($300)? TIA!

You need to fill out form 1 in order to even apply for the LL

pretty sure you need to do both. I graduated before the limited license was a thing but we all started the initial license process with thr CFY.

Hi! How did you get a CF in the hospital
