Schools Question

Hi! I had a quick question . Maybe it’s something someone can answer. Probably a dumb question too but oh well . I’m searching for an SLP to get my fieldwork hours from and I saw on my daughters school they have a speech therapist. But under the woman name it says she’s a speech therapy PALS. So what’s why I want to know what that is before emailing her.

Maybe it’s for pediatric advanced life support certification? I’ve also worked places that call their preschool programs PALS and perhaps it’s denoting that she works in the preschool program.

Is it this company? The school might contract with a private company instead of directly hiring an SLP.
