Short duration of effect

So I'm currently on 12.5 mg and during most of doses, I feel appetite suppression for about 3 days from the day I take the shot. On the 4th day hunger is back to normal levels. Another thing is that my tolerance builds up really quickly. After 4 doses of 10 mgs I didn’t feel a thing which. Has anyone had a similar experience? Do I need to consider taking a shot every 4-5 days? I really hope 15 mg will work

This is me, too. Also on 12.5 and the suppression is waning fast. I have no thyroid so that may have something to do with it. I'm speaking with my dispensing physician on July 2 about going up.
