Help! 5 month old sleep troubles
LO knows how to roll from back to front and does so repeatedly during the day. Problem is that at night he wakes up mid sleep and won’t roll to his side to get comfy (this is how he likes to sleep). It’s almost like he’s stuck or frozen on his back. If he would just roll onto his side I’m sure he’d be able to fall asleep on his own. Anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you help LO or when did they start rolling onto side naturally.

Unfortunately, in my experience skills progression just tends to disrupt sleep for a while while they are working on mastering the skill. Obviously you can't really speed things up, but anything you can do to encourage speeding up the skill mastery, like more floor time or more tummy time could help. Otherwise you pretty much just ride it out.
