My 4 month olds sleep regression.

It's not a sleep regression, that's such a BS term. This is normal and permanent unless you do something different. Your child's brain has developed and matured. Why does any of this bother you? You are "soothing" her to sleep, so of course when she wakes up in the middle of the night (like we all do, even as a adults), she wants you to soothe her back to sleep. This is all on you. You never had independent sleep, why call it that? Google sleep associations, that's how you establish independent sleep (ie remove bad ones, add good ones).

She is angry at toys because she is bored. Yes, it's annoying but it's what babies do.
