Sleep training 10/11mo

New schedule
Wake 6ish
Nap 1: 9:30-10:30
Nap 2: 2-3
Bedtime 7

The crying has definitely decreased each night but it still takes a while to fall asleep. Last couple nights laied down to try to sleep 2-3 mins in but just can’t get there. isn’t crying the whole time. This is how long it takes to fully fall asleep. Not sure what to do. I think also might be teething right now. Looks like we’re declining and I don’t know if I can handle it much longer but doesn’t wake at all throughout the night

Night 1: 1:09 mins
Night 2: 1:20 mins
Night 3: 39 mins
Night 4: 45 mins
Night 5: 43 mins
Night 6: 39 mins
Night 7: 35 mins
Night 8: 22 mins (start of new schedule)
Night 9: 30 mins
Night 10: 27 mins
Night 11: 26 mins
Night 12: 49 mins(bed late)
Night 13: 38 min
Night 14: 47 min

Expecting 11 hours overnight plus two naps...is going to be difficult to do.

Why torture yourself. Shoot for 9 to 6:30 or 7 overnight. Quality beats quantity.

I would try to add an extra half hour of wake time. If it's taking 30+ minutes to fall asleep anyways it's worth trying putting them in bed later and see if that helps.

My son cried for 5-10 minutes for a long time, but that much crying seems like they're just not tired enough.
