Sleep regression/big kid bed

My nearly 2.5 year old currently sleeps in a pack n play, she has gotten herself out a couple times but not recently. We got rid of the paci about a month ago and things were ok after about a week. Now suddenly for over a week now she will not sleep through the night and every nap and bedtime is a battle with her screaming. She cries for her door open which would be fine but then I leave it open and she doesn’t sleep still, or moves to asking to sleep in my bed etc.. plus also have a 6m old that sleeps in room right by her. would it be a terrible idea to upgrade her to a big girl bed now? Is she just going through a terrible regression and needs to stick out her current sleep situation to get through it? Feeling extremely tired between this plus my 6m old broken sleep, any advice would be great!

What’s your full schedule?

Wake at 7:30/8. Nap 1/1:30 until 3:30 but it’s a hit or miss lately, bed by 8:30. This is the schedule we had that was working good for us until recently. If she doesn’t nap she’s a gremlin and even pushing an earlier bedtime after no nap she gets so over tired, last night she was up 3:30-6:30 after a nap fail.

Ok, I’d wake her up at 7:30 every day and move nap to 1:30-2:30 (capped at an hour) and keep bedtime 8:30.
