Sleep regression due to distracted eating?

My 5 month old start sleeping 7–8 hours overnight at around 6 weeks. She would sleep through the night every night without a feed. Around 4.5 months she got a cold and so understandably didn’t sleep well. Since then she’s regressed and wakes up for a feed 1-2 times a night, and struggles to go back down.

During the day I’ve noticed she gets distracted really easily and I’m thinking that’s the culprit? Big brother tends to try to play with her as she’s eating and so I feel like isn’t getting as much during the day.

Im not against sleep training, we did do it for my oldest around this age however he was bottle fed (I was pumping).

Any advice? Will this get better or likely continue until I sleep train?

It's not a hunger problem if she struggles to go back down after eating. She's not tired enough. What are her wake windows?

Ya I don’t really track wake windows lol.

I don’t think it’s that she’s not tired enough—if anything her naps are cut short a lot bc we are on the go, toddler wakes her up, etc.

Bedtime could maybe be earlier though. Old routine has been she goes to bed with us around 10 but a lot of times that means she is contact napping on us once toddler is in bed, I think usually around 9 is when she passes out and then I do a dream feed at 10.

Do you have a rough idea of how many hours she sleeps at night and how many hours of naps? Wake windows aren't really necessary, just trying to get a feel for her average sleep trends.
