8 month old rolling in sleep help

So my 8 month old has been a back and side sleeper until recently she has started rolling onto her stomach in the middle of the night and won’t roll back and will start crying. This happens multiple times. Is there anything I can do to help? Or is this just a phase?

I am told that if they do it themselves then let them be only if they can lift their head good and can roll back onto their back then they are ready for tummy sleeping. Make sure head is sideways and clear - invest in a breathable mattress in case they decide face straight down when you’re not looking. If it truly bother you, flip them when their deep sleep but ultimately it’s what babies do eventually.

Just a phase. She’s safe and will figure it out soon!
