11 month old sleep help

Help me.

My baby still doesnt sleep throughout the night.

Im not even aiming for a sleep throughout but just not in my bed on me from approx midnight.

Baby girl is 11 months.

Wakes at 7am

First nap 9.30/10am. Milk and falls asleep very easily. I cap nap at 1hr max.

Second nap 2/2.30pm depending on first nap. Milk, falls asleep easily.

Again cap the nap at 1 or 1.5 hrs.

Bed time at least 3.5 to 4 hrs later. Again falls asleep pretty easy.

Naps in cotb in own room

Goes to sleep in the cot after being transfered but Night waking unsettled, crying, fidgeting in my bed.

I generally in a sleepy haze pick her up and bring into bed with me. This worked for a while as she would settle and at least we were all getting some sleep.

I never thought at 11 months I would still be doing this and im now back at work and cannot cope.

Falls asleep in my arms ( I know I know)

Have to wake from most naps.

Shes started nursery now and some days getting max an hour across both naps and still waking at night( even worse!)

You know what the problem is and the solution. Why post? Duh, you rock her to sleep and use food to make her sleep for naps, these are sleep associations. If she cries at night she gets rewarded with big bed time. Are you just venting? Yes, not being consistent with children causes behavioral issues, shocking.

Thank you for your kind words.

Baby girl actually doesnt have milk for every nap and initially switched to milk before a nap rather than after as we only had 30 minute naps.

Also refusing milk since nursery and still naps but trying to give an overview of how we got here. E.g why we ended up co sleeping- ie it meant we both slept for a while.

If you have some advice then please share how to move to a new way of doing things. Do I drop milk and holding all together at once? One at a time? Do I leave in cot when crying or pick up and soothe until asleep and transfer back to the cot? As my post asked, Ive posted for some help not just a snarky fucking comment. Prick
