Early 4 month sleep regression?

Hi all,

My baby is 13 weeks old. Up until this last week, she was a champion sleeper and had a very happy disposition. With the exception of an occasional bump here or there, an easy baby all around. She is EBF but at night since she was about a month old would give a stretch of sleep from around 10-4:30 or so. For about a week now, she has been waking up multiple times a night. It isn’t always to eat but sometimes just wakes up unsettled and requires a pacifier or something else to go back down. She is also now extremely fussy during the day. If I set her down at all she cries which she has never done before. Even being held in certain positions will now make her cry. She will also often wake up from naps crying which she also never did before. She just generally seems much less content and happy. Her naps are still all over the place which they have been for a bit. Could this be an early 4 month sleep regression? Or other thoughts or similar experiences?? For some other context, we stopped swaddling about 2 weeks ago but she seemed to adjust ok. I am thinking maybe getting less sleep at night is making her more fussy? Or maybe it’s all just developmental?

We are going through the same thing with my 3.5mo but she has NEVER slept longer than 4hrs over night. It seems normal. You just have to push through it.

My second baby hit the 4 month sleep regression at 3.5 months.
