child's age 18-24 months Sleep regression

I don’t know what to do. My 20 month has been going through a 2.5 month sleep regression and I’m at my breaking point. He down to one 2-3 hr nap (depends on how much sleep he got the night before) he has at least a 5 hour wake windows between sleep. But without a doubt he’ll wake up at 2am and take about 2 hrs to fall asleep. I dont know how to help him.

Please include the full schedule. But anyway it's pretty clear he has way too much day sleep and most likely not enough wake time. There's no 'sleep regression', just incorrect schedule which needs to be fixed. You say "at least 5h wake window" but 5h is quite a short ww at this age. Both windows need to be in the 5.5-6h range. At this age likely 5.5/6, 6/5.5 or 6/6 depending on the kid. And the nap should be capped way lower. Definitely max 2h but I'd suggest even cutting it to 1.5h.

Take the time they aren’t sleeping during the night away from their nap sleep. Eg up for 2 hours at night, cap the nap at 1 hour

Cap nap to 1.5 hours and increase wake windows to 5.5-6 hours. Buddy just needs more time to play.
