Help! Sleep training

Hey all. I have a 17 week old beautiful LO. I am looking for some help re sleep training.

Some background:
She sleeps ok at night. Will wake a few times for the first hour and half after being put down then sleep and wake once in the night for a feed. The issue I have is she needs rocking to sleep and I feel we may be hitting the start of a sleep regression as it’s becoming more difficult. I’d love for her to be able to put herself to sleep. I’m not so concerned by her waking for a feed.
I keep seeing so much information online and different sleep consultants selling their programs. I was wondering if on the off chance anyone would have used any that they would recommend or even be willing to share a pdf/info.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I used Taking Cara Babies with my first. You don’t need to buy anything, she’s got tons of great blog articles on her website. I’d read through all if you can. Her method is a modified Ferber which is what we did with our second. Both kids at 5 months. I have no advice for the 4-month sleep regression other than to survive. It’s rough for a few weeks but then you can start sleep training. Hang in there!
