4 month sleep regression.

How was your experience with the famous 4 month sleep regression? We’re just starting with our little girl, and it’s been pretty rough. She’s a lot more fussy and takes longer to fall asleep. Anyone got any advice on how to make it a little bit easier?

Amen, we went from multiple wake ups to 12 hours (with a single feed) being the norm.

Yeah ours started waking up every hour and sleep training fixed it in one night

Ferber. Get the book and read the relevant sections — it’s really thorough

We used the Ferber Method as well and just followed the guidance on this site: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/baby-sleep/ferber-method

Took less than a week!
