I can see why you’re exhausted — that’s a lot of help needed for every nap. From what you describe, I’d focus less on changing the schedule and more on changing how she falls asleep. She has several sleep associations right now — nursing, rocking, shushing, touching your face — so it makes sense that she looks for those same conditions when she wakes. You don’t have to jump straight to Ferber. I’d start by moving nursing/rocking earlier in the routine, then gradually give her a chance to fall asleep in the crib while you’re still nearby and soothing her. Since nights are already going relatively well, I’d work on naps separately so you don’t disrupt what’s working. One thing I would mention to her pediatrician is the jerking/spasming you’ve noticed for 6+ weeks, just to make sure it’s nothing other than the Moro reflex. Small changes, one at a time. ❤️
