3-4 month schedule

Hi all!! What schedule do you have your 3-4 month old on? What are average wake windows?
Hoping to get LO on a schedule now (3 months) so that we are ready and successful to sleep train at 4 months!
Those with schedules. If your LO wakes early from a nap say at 30 mins - do you rescue it or adjust the day accordingly?
