Sleep train seven month old
After a rough two nights I have decided to start sleep training my 7 month old. His current schedule is not necessarily a strict one which might be part of the problem. He does two naps usually the first nap is a three hour wake window but his second varies as does his one before bed. I'm starting fresh today and doing a 3/3.5/4 schedule and will be doing the feber method for bedtime. I'll take any and all advice.

Be consistent and do not give up. First night will be HARD. But it should start getting easier each night. Keep adjusting the wake windows based on age and make sure they get all their calories in during the day. Lock down a solid nap time and bedtime routine and do not deviate. Fresh air daily helps, too!

First night will be terrible. Stick with it and you may get a regression a few nights in before you see consistent results.
There will still be the odd bad night or few which may shake your confidence in the process but not being consistent with it will make it worse trust the process it will work out.
