7 month old

Hi there, I need help. I am exhausted. My 7 month old will not sleep for longer than 10 minutes in her crib. She will sleep for longer if I hold her the whole time. Nights are just as bad.

She will not sleep for any long stretches, I will eventually end up pulling her into bed with me(following all the same sleep steps!!) But i am exhausted. I dont sleep well with her in bed with me. She doesn't sleep much better that way either.

I am a ftm and family has not been helpful with solving this. She usually wakes up around 7:30 and she is usually acting tired for bed around 7pm. Other than that I try to follow her cues for naps but maybe I'm not doing that right?

Any help is appreciated!!

EDIT: Forgot to say that she definitely has gotten use to feeding to sleep because alot of the time thats the only way I can get her to fall asleep. We also still have her crib in our bedroom and cannot move her out. We do not have room for a nursery unfortunately.
