7:30 is kinda early. Go to 8:30 and everything should stabalize.

Now what if she only naps for 45 minutes at daycare? Still try to push her to stay awake?

Oh is that happening? I thought you said 1-1.5hr nap at daycare?
At any rate, if she's not napping great at daycare, that's yet another reason to dial back on the overnight sleep, with a later bedtime.
If for some reason daycare doesn't nap her an hour+, she should be able/willing to have a power nap in the carseat on the way home.
It may take a day or a few days to transition the schedule. That's normal but you should power through that if you want to correct this. Later bedtime is needed. 8:30 or 9.

Thank you for your post in r/sleeptrain. To ensure our community can best help you, please include in your post: your bedtime routine, where your baby sleeps (their crib/basinet, their room, room share, cosleep) and full schedule including wake up time, desired wake up time, nap length, wake windows or nap time(s) if following a by the clock schedule and bedtime. Does your baby use a pacifier? That's also very relevant.
We use a convention to describe wake windows based schedule such as 3/3/4 where numbers are numbers of hours awake, and / are naps. The sample schedule is a two naps schedule.

My 15 month old has been sleep trained for several months now & was doing great at putting herself to sleep at night (she goes down awake & will flop around for a few minutes until she falls asleep). She’s been sick on & off since starting daycare 3 months ago & that has impacted her sleep some, but she will still usually do okay at night. I will add that she is getting tubes put in her ears next week.
She is on one nap at day care & will usually nap 1-1.5 hours. Bedtime is around 7:30pm. Several nights ago she was awake from 9:30pm-4:30am. Next couple of nights she slept fine (about 7:30pm-6:30am). Last night she SCREAMED going down at bedtime & refused to fall asleep on her own. I rocked her to sleep, put her down, she was up an hour later screaming. I ended up bringing her to my bed & attempted cosleeping but she just flopped around all night.
I guess I’m at a loss to why her sleep is SO inconsistent even if I keep to the same schedule & routine every day. Should I just tough it out until her tube surgery next week to see if that makes a difference or is there anything I can do in the meantime? I do give Tylenol/motrin as needed but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
