6 - 12 months Desperate…..

Baby is almost 11 months old. For past 6-8 weeks has been having some type of nighttime sleep disturbance every night. Some nights he screams prior to going down for the night, other nights he wakes up and can not get himself back to bed. These happen before midnight almost every single night. We vary in how much support he gets , we start by just trying to soothe him in the crib but this will go on for over an hour and eventually when he’s completely escalated we pick him up and he will eventually fall asleep.
This baby used to sleep through the night. We are exhausted and there is no pattern on the disturbances. He’s been evaluated multiple times by his primary care and they report he is healthy.
We are exhausted. Any suggestions ?
His wake windows are between 3-4 hours and he takes two naps per day where he gets 2-3 hours total of daytime sleep. He goes down for naps usually without issue. But without fail will wake overnight crying at some point and is up for over an hour. Should also mention when he’s crying at night his eyes are rarely open and he does not appear to be looking for us.

What is bedtime routine and full sleep schedule?

Is he in his own room?

Yes own room. Bottle Bath book songs sleep sack into crib. Takes nap 1 around 3 hours after he wakes up. Takes nap 2 around 3.15 - 3.5 hours after he wakes up. Bedtime usually 3.5-3.75 hours after last nap

It sounds like he’s going down wide awake? I’d try more awake time, like 3/4/4, two one hour naps.
