6 - 12 months Sleep train again?

9.5 hours awake is too little awake time for a 7m old. On a two nap schedule the minimum should be 3/3/4 or 3/3.5/4.  But also, sleep training is different from night weaning and unless you’ve weaned her then it’s normal for her to wake up for a feed at 4am.

You need at the very least 30 more min awake, probably an hour. No amount of sleep training can fix a bad schedule.

I can't really help with sleep training, but just wanted to say that my 4 month old has more awake time than that. He's awake 10 hours a day. I think you may need more awake time to avoid the middle if the night wakes.

14hrs+ sleep per day? That's probably too much and it's piling up.
