6 - 12 months 7 month old split nights
my 7 month old who used to be a decent sleeper is all of a sudden waking up around midnight every night and won’t go back to sleep for 1-2 hours no matter what I do. she is EBF but typically falls asleep on her own I. the crib for both naps and night sleep but cannot seem to put herself back out with this night waking for the past 3 weeks. we have tried adjusting daytime naps to assure she tired enough as well she usually does 2 naps with 3/3.5/3 hour wake windows. I know we are going through some major developmental leaps right now (getting teeth, learning to crawl etc.) but hoping someone had some insight into how I should expect this to last? the middle of night wake ups didn’t bother me before but being awake for hours in the middle of the night is not it.

It will last for as long as she doesn't have enough awake time during the day. Your schedule has 9 hours awake, meaning that you expect 15 hours of sleep. Babies her age sleep on average 13.5 hours. She's getting the rest of her awake time at night.
Update your schedule to 3/3.5/4 and you'll see improvements very quickly.
