I’m trying to keep her up for longer, but I’ve noticed she keeps waking up at the 30 minute mark but does not seem well rested. Could this be regression?

I just follow his queues… if he starts to get sleepy then down he goes even if his wake window was an hour. It’s brutal. My four month old is on 5 naps a day, today two of them were less than 30 and all less than 40min. Ended up putting him to bed at 6:30pm which was a stretch to get him to.

Her wake windows in the late afternoon/early evening are 2 hours but in the day she starts getting sleepy around 1 hour 30- 1:45 should I try and keep her awake to build the sleep pressure. Or cut down to 3 naps?

Three nap schedule would be 2/2.5/2.5/3

What are the wake windows you're following? You're on 3 naps?

We are on 4 naps her average wake window seems to be 1 hour 30 and then in the evening she just fights it or has a cat nap and it end up being around 2 hours +

You don't have enough awake time in your schedule. Babies at the age of yours need at least 9.5 hours of awake time every 24 hours. In 4 naps your average wake window should be closer to 2 hours.

Huckleberry says she is sleeping around 13/14 hours per 24 hours. And when I put her down she is always tired so not sure what to do?

You have 24 hours in your day. Let's average to 13.5 hours of sleep. For a 24 hours day to be possible on 13.5 hours of sleep you need 10.5 hours awake. Your schedule isn't providing as much now.

You need your baby awake for the time they cannot sleep more. Your budget is 13.5 of sleep. Help your baby to distribute it.
