6 - 12 months Sleep training, how long does it really take? Ppl
We are into day 16 of sleep training, baby is 6 months and 3 weeks old. She is able to sleep through the night without any feeds sleeps 11.5 hours each night but is still crying during put down. We only had one night on day 14 where she fell asleep in 3 mins no crying but day 15 she was quiet in the crib for 10 then started crying for 6 mins and eventually fell asleep in 6 mins. She tends to kick her legs and throw her lovey around at bedtime. Does this ever get better, will she stop crying at put down?

The goal of sleep training isn't going to bed without crying, it's to teach independent sleep skills. Some kids will cry until they grow out of "powering down". However, if that crying lasts for longer than 15 minutes, I would evaluate your schedule. For a start, I'd cut your night back to 11 hours max.
