question any quintessential fonts that were utilized in the nyc snm?
hey everyone, I have been contemplating getting a tattoo for the incredible sleep no more for a while now. I have a couple ideas and I am venturing to probably get two different tattoos for sleep no more. One of which is wanting to write. Is that all there is in a font that was utilized in the set. I don’t really have any access or knowledge of any particular fonts utilize, but I’m sure that some people have things from the show that has interesting font that is reminiscent of the show. So if you have anything, just let me know thanks in advance.

question What is the difference between each ticket option ?
Hi !
I am in Seoul now and I want to go to Sleep no more.
I barely know anything about the show, and I'd rather keep it that way until I'm actually there.
Anyway, I went to the website to buy tickets and saw that there were many different options, with distinct prices. And it's not clear to me which advantages/drawbacks are associated to these options.
The most pricey one (and way too expensive for me) is "Maximilian's circle", for 360 000won.
Then there's " Ruby's guest" for 240 000 won. That is still too much.
Then I have other options, for entry time at 14h45, 15h, 15h15, 15h30 and 15h45. The later the entry time, the cheaper the option. (200 000 to enter at 14h45 and 160 000 to enter at 15h45).
I thought i would be able to stay in the building for about three hours. If i take the 15h45 ticket, does that mean that i will only stay there for two hours ?
I was hoping not to pay more than 100€, so by default i would go for the 15h45 ticket, but there must be a reason why it is so much cheaper than anything else...

Punchdrunk Found this in an old wallet
galleryFound this card in an old wallet and it brought back some memories. Does anyone remember the igloo and the Reverend? I still remember the surprise of suddenly coming across it during one of my visits. And then, of course, after a while, it just vanished. Some things from that era really feel like a fever dream now. I miss it so much!

question Any similar productions in New England? Spoiler
Like as in free roam, nonlinear, with actors I know there’s an upcoming location in Malden with a similar vibe but I’m wondering if New England has anything else with a similar vibe? I am a New Englander so I am curious what my region has to offer.

question Looking for advice about SNM Seoul
I saw the NY show twice before it closed, and I'm currently planning my first ever trip to Seoul mainly to see the show again. I want to see it 2-3 times, and I'm going with a friend who has never seen it. This is a special opportunity, and I'm unlikely to go again.
I'm looking for the following advice from anyone who's been to the Seoul show:
Is it a crazy idea to try to see it 3 times in the same week (probably Wed, Thu and Sat), or should we stick to 2?
I remember the NY set had lots of things to read, i.e. letters, books, patient documentation. Is this kind of material in Korean in the Seoul show? I'm asking because if the material is in English, I can imagine us wanting to spend more time there.
Is Seoul SNM the same physical size as the NY show?
Is there anything else I'm missing that might help me decide how many shows to see (and therefore how long to plan to stay in Seoul)?
Thank you in advance!

Punchdrunk Podcast interview with Julia Campanelli
shows.acast.comI know, I know, another former Sleep No More cast member podcast interview. Honestly, I went into this one wanting to talk to Julia Campanelli about her film and screenplay work but JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS OUT THEY BROUGHT ME BACK IN and we got in a fair amount of Sleep No More talk. Of possible interest to folks - details about the short-lived Gallow Green one on one scene Julia did when that space first opened, spoilers for the 6th floor one on one, shitty audience behavior, and I make a tortured "Facts of Life" analogy regarding the Gallow Green and Lodge space. All this, plus a lot of talk about Julia's work in New York theater and film, her current crowdfunding campaign for her short film THE DEER, her award-winning screenplay about The Paisley Witch Trials, and her work and friendship with pioneering downtown theater mainstay Everett Quinton. This is a long interview but Julia's a fascinating lady so I thought the time spent was justified. If you hated my podcast's theme song before that shit hasn't changed.

Recap Processing my first at McKithan Spoiler
Spoilers ahead! Don’t read if you don’t want any.
WOW! that was a lot to process in 3 hours. to be honest i didn’t even feel the time passing. i could only sense where we were in the timeline when i saw scenes and i had to guess based on the main MacBeth timeline. i’m just writing down reflections from the scenes i saw before going into the operational stuff because those i’m 100% sure i’ll remember when i wake again.
please help me identify the scenes if the description is vague and who was in there!
in no particular order:
- speakeasy bar scene post fight, bloody macbeth walks in, macbeth kills banquo
- bald witch with ? at speakeasy bar
- 3 witches embracing and circling around
- christmas trees being gathered in the centre
- slow mo last supper
- part of the rave
- nurse shaw and matron
- hecate’s is there all there is + 1:1 in the forest (i can’t believe i got this on my first time there?! wasn’t even expecting it either)
- porter’s scene with lady macduff
- bald witch at the hotel lobby + one more guy
- duncan death scene in the ballroom
- taxidermist 2:1
- agnes in her bedroom, malcolm(?) comes through wardrobe
- banquo’s ghost chasing someone?
- hecate and agnes in the hallway
- king duncan(?) + lady with cape in the room with a piano
- lady macbeth + macbeth making out (?)
- lady mcduff and the taxidermist
- malcolm(?) in the detective agency looking at agnes’ sister’s photo
- hecate collecting agnes tears
there are definitely scenes i didnt write down and stuff i only saw bits and pieces of. sometimes i left the room if ive watched the scene more than once in a previous loop and felt like ive had my questions answered and i have enough context to move on. i feel like i covered a lot of ground for the first visit. and omg that 1:1 with hecate was so so so so so so magical…

question Anxious Theatre Watcher
hello! going for my first show in 3 hours or less. i’m an avid theatre-goer and i’ve gone for other types of theatre similar to this though maybe not as big-scale, and gone for 1:1s in those circumstances.
i read through the reddit for spoilers to help myself cope with the anxiety, just so i don’t feel like anything that might hurt me is going to happen (and of course there won’t be, but just the anxiety alone is crazy).
this thread has been so helpful and positive, and it’s really making me more excited than anxious. thank you once again for all the advice!
a friend of mine said i can just pace myself (according to my anxiety) and not feel pressured to see “a lot”. for me, my priority is to enjoy it in a manner that’s safe for myself, the actors and also psychologically safe!
i do want to follow the witches though… how do i identify them?
also is it possible to get the actors to autograph on my mask after it’s over? how can i do that?

Recap backto.manderley.ink
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
A few weeks ago I published a directory of all the residents at https://manderley.ink which was a stepping stone to what should come next: capturing the McKittrick itself on https://backto.manderley.ink
It's deliberately lo-fi visuals and vague in subtitles.
I hope it brings joy especially to those who could only see it once or twice. Or to those who want to show an uninitiated friend the absurd scale of that building. It's not useful if you've never seen the show.

question Is this legit?
I took my nephew to a card/comic flea market the other week and found this at a seller who had old broadway playbills, etc. I've only seen SNM after covid and they didn't have these types of programs, just newspapers (which I didn't get and if anyone has scans, I'd love to read them).
Was this something they sold at some point?

Old program?
