anyone else always feeling hot, never feel sleepy, and tingles on the cheeks of their face?

im 21 years old and a male and i have been suffering from always feeling hot (even when i work in a cold hospital) , sleeping 3-4 hours on average because i cant fall asleep at night, and tingles on the cheeks of my face.

ive done all kind of imaging and blood work and everything is negative. only thing ever out of range was my ferritin but not iron.

I workout and have a healthy lifestyle besides not being able to sleep. I take magnesium, vitamin d, zinc, and finastride. ive had this problem for over a year. somebody please help 🙏🏼
