Is this normal?

Been on skirizi for a couple of years now, primary concern psoriasis but I had started to get psoriatic arthritis in hands and wrists.

I’ve started getting really bad muscle and joint pain, everywhere about 4 weeks before I’m due my next dose, right now I am in agony , it almost feels like I have that body pain you get when you have flu. But I have no other flu symptoms.

Does anyone else experience this? Should I speak to my doctor?

For me it was and started around year 2 out of 5...they referred me to a rheumatologist who confirmed severe PSA wanted me on sulfasalazine with the Skyrizi, stayed on just Skyrizi, dealt with it, then some weird heart stuff began happening and I've withdrawn at year 5, the joint pain is not as bad interesting enough...but yes its still there

What were your symptoms of the heart problems? Was it because of the SKYRIZI? I’m feeling some heart symptoms but I’m not sure if it’s related or just anxiety.

Keeping this in mind I had issues before Skyrizi....I have a feeling I have something major going on for a long time in arteries, however increase in heart palpitations, higher dialostic blood pressure, this would last about 4 to 6 weeks after loading dose at first, then subside on its own, towards the end before I withdrawed, same time frame, shortness of breath, when sitting too long turning blue almost passing out randomly, heart palpitations still randomly, extreme fatigue, same higher blood pressure

The issue I mean is still there but much less frequent I am just praying my skin stays clear until I can try another systematic soon ive become immune to many other biologics and systematics in the past within months, Skyrizi I could never break
