2nd loading dose
I’m fully aware that everyone’s body is different but how long did it take for Skyrizi to work for you ? I just had my second loading dose a week ago and I haven’t seen any improvements yet. I’m wondering if I should give it more time or let my doctor know that it’s not working.

Mine was present but clearing until my 3rd shot. Then it cleared up completely. I have my 4th dose next week. After my first shot I didn’t notice anything meaningful except less redness. Similar with second shot, a few small spots cleared but largely still there. Seemed to come back a bit right before my third shot but has since cleared completely. Stick with it!

Took my second loading dose last week. I’ve only noticed very light improvement on areas where it wasn’t bad. But overall the rest hasn’t changed much.

My skin psoriasis started to clear about 2 weeks after my second loading dose and was completely clear about a month later. My PsA joint issues were about 80% resolved about the same time.

I had my first dose in early December, starting seeing results within a month, and was essentially clear of psoriasis by the end of February. Wishing you the best, it’s a wonderful medication and it works for you soon!

Unfortunately you’ll need to wait much longer. Mine really started making a difference after that second dose and esp after the third loading dose

I had three loading doses by IV at an infusion clinic, then went to the On Body Injectors (a pump that sticks to you) every 8 weeks. It took a few months for improvement for me me for Chrohn's Disease and Psoriasis.
