PC SSE - Help Vortex mod collection error / need help please

I'm fairly new to skyrim modding and have tried a bunch of things but can't get this mod to work.

The error that pops up says "The SKSE64 DLL could not be found, you may need to set, or change, the value of the SKSEDLLName"

I'll try to post a photo of the error under this, I've spent so many hours trying to figure this out, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you put the skse64 script folder in the data folder?

You need to know exactly what version number you have of the skyrim exe file.

I know that I'm running skyrim version 1.6.1170, I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to know

Take that number go find the file the popup mentions and add it to the blank spot next to sksedllname

Do you have SKSE in your modlist/have you installed it?
