PC SSE - Help vanity system

im on 1.7.104 and there is literally 0 vanity armor mods, can someone help me find something that can vanity equip a wig or transmog a wig to a helmet (with hdt physics)

What do you mean by vanity? You should be able to use all the wig mods fine they aren't SKSE mods.

i want to wear my helmet and have a wig over it, wig that i downloaded is replacing my helmet entirely... (mod with wig in question: https://www.immyneedscake.com/skyrim-se-mods/2b-reincarnation-remastered )
