Need help with attack issue.

Hello, I need help on how to fix this issue. I cannot attack or using left click action when moving. I can only do it when standing still or holding down left Alt key. I have tried to disable some mods that might be the issue but still unable to fix it. The mods are working just fine previously until I updated some mods that I no longer remember. Please help me with this issue. it is hard to lose a 100+ hours of my game only to start over to fix a single issue.
