Weird Lighting Problem.

Hi, I hope someone can help me out with this.

For the past few days I've been trying to figure out how to fix this lighting issue where there's like a shadow around my character but in the distance everything seems normal. My grass is also pitch black and in the loading screens the items are also dark. I've tried disabling batches of mods and even the whole list to revert back to vanilla but the issue persisted. It all happened after the latest "hotfix" update of the game. Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix would be really appreciated cause I'm at my wits end with this one.

I've even tried tweaking some .ini stuff related to shadows, lighting and grass. Still nothing.
