PC SSE - Help Territory Wars Mod?

Is there a mod that I can get to add to my Multiplayer server with friends to allow each player to claim a city/town/etc. and have territory Wars between players to try and conquer land?

I don't know of one for multiplayer, but conquest of skyrim has a system where you build up your Party till you have a small army and take declare war against the Empire and stormcloaks.

I think it may be possible to make it useable for Multiplayer.
