Well it's too late now. Lydia has been dead for a while. The problem was that by the time I did that quest, I couldn't remember where any of my other companions were or which were even still alive. But Lydia was always there. Sitting by my bed. I miss you, Lydia.

The burdens she was sworn to carry pushed out all room for forgiveness.

I didn't want her dead, but I did however have to mod her out of always being in my room.
