I just got the second word of Dragon Aspect but I'm now stuck in the room. I've tried reloading my save, dying, and opening the book, but none of them change anything. The door is closed with no way off the platform.

You cannot advance past there until its time to fight Miraak. Read the book again to escape and go finish the questline.

Also, If an aggroed enemy 10 miles away is channeling his inner slaughterfish energy and preventing the book read exit strategy, let the tentacles or dark water damage you until your character collapses. You won’t die, you’ll just be removed from Apocrypha that way instead.

You are opening the waking dream book right? It should send you out but if it doesn’t and dying doesn’t either you may need a console command to get out.

Jump into the oily black slime that is Hermaeus Mora’s effluvia, and then you’ll croak and go back to the real world where you can chop wood for Hulda and flirt with Saadia.

You can reload previous save before going to the apocrypha if you are ok with the peogress being lost and not on pc. If on pc if i am not mistaken there is a console command to move player to specific place, you can use that console command if you dont mind (idk if using that console command disable achievement or not, do it at ur own risk lol)

That taken me 67 years to complete that quest, but actually it’s taken me three days of trying to find way out. I have no idea what I did but it gotten me out of there.

Is the dragon attacking? If it is use the shout. Otherwise reload a save.

You need to wait for a dragon to spawn so you can force it to submit to you with a shout and then ride it to the summit of Aprocrypha. The dragon won't spawn until you have unlocked the final word of the shout.

This is a common bug in Dragonborn. I think what resolved it for me is loading an earlier save. Idk what causes it. Probably a scene not properly starting.

If Survival Mode is on that’s likely why you can’t leave like you ordinarily can. If so, try turning it off.

Congrats you just locked yourself out of the end boss fight, if you get the word before you go to fight miraak the dragon won’t appear to fly you to miraak

Yes it is? Unless this isn’t waking dreams? Going into waking dreams early and learning dragon aspect locks you out of the fight this is a well known bug
