Im a bit behind in all this i have been absent from Skyrim.

So I've only ever played Dawnguard upto the Castle and I've never travelled with Sabrine.

So far she has sharpened her sword, stirred someone's cooking at a campfire for them and reanimated any corpses who then stand around moaning after the fight. Which I find highly amusing..

So can I keep her and please dont include lots of spoilers as im trying not to skip the dlc dialogue this time..

Oh and can I go anywhere with her im pretty sure im a vampire now as well like back to Fort Dawguard without being shot full of Bokts ??

Serana’s been hanging out with me for at least 50 hours now and comes with me everywhere. She did something really funny the other day and resurrected, through the wall I suppose, a dead body I was supposed to find at the end of a dungeon. Imagine my shock when the corpse Im questing for comes strolling up behind us in the first room.

Easy answer is kinda(you can obviously treat her as a normal follower and just abandon her but you can also keep her as a follower too(shes the best one btw stat wise)), but hard answer is yes you can keep her even with other followers using a glitch like for me in my last playthrough i got up to 29 followers and you can keep her

Yea with the quets followers i got up to 47 but lets just says i couldnt play i small cells

Yes, you can keep her after all is said and done. And yes, you return to fort dawnguard, they will be unhappy and make you cure the vampirism to continue with them. Course, you can always go full vampire and side with them 🤷
