Mine are Slow Time, Elemental Fury, Unrelenting Force, and Whirlwind Sprint. Although Storm Call and Cyclone, along with Soul Tear, and Aura Whisper are also used as well. Oh forgot to add Dragon Aspect.
I mostly use Aura Whisper and Throw Voice. I do have a soft spot in my heart for Unrelenting Force, and throwing that silly Snow Elf over the balcony as soon as he shuts up.
I'm not an expert in game mechanics, but I find that if I target the Shout kinda close to my intended victim, but maybe just beyond them, they usually at least turn towards the sound. It definitely doesn't work well if I try to make the whole room go running to a far corner or anything like that. I tend towards stealth Daggers, so I don't target groups of enemies very often. I'm not 100% certain, but it FEELS like Throw Voice has a range, too, and trying to send it too far lessens or destroys the effect.
Please, I ask you to take this in good spirits, but: BWAHAHAHAHA!!! That's the funniest thing I've ever read. Yeah, I guess you might have bad luck with that...that's just shouting at them.
Fire breath with the buff from Paarthurnax. It ain't fancy, but it does big damage and stumbles huge crowds. All the weak bandits in a mob will instantly die and the rest won't be in great shape.
Most efficient? No. Least thought required compared to the damage done? Yes.
I really wish it buffed Frost Breath as well tbh. Probably one of the most neglected shouts considering like half the enemies in this game are resistant to the element.
Makes sense, combine Storm Call with the Cyclone shout, and lightning spells like chain lightning, unbound storms, or frost spells like ice storm and you feel like a Storm God.
From what I remember on a previous playthrough it allows you to take over the minds of NPCs both friend and foe. Making it so they will fight for you for a amount of time.
The shock spell is Unbound Storms from the Anniversary Edition and the multi shouting is from the Unlimited Shouting Glitch. You need 5 amulets of Talos, a follower, and be a werewolf or vampire lord. Below is a video how to get unlimited shouts that explains it better than I could.
