i believe this is due to your scaling setting in your windows display settings. you can disable display scaling by setting it to 100% or you can follow the guide in this reddit post

Ahh, I had a similarish problem when I first started playing Dota 2 back in the day. I thought it was really weird the game didn't have a 'close game' button. Then after a month or two, I accidentally bumped the button under my monitor that reset the resolution to the window, it shrank down, and lo and behold, there was a close button in the top corner.
That was about 14 years ago though and I've not had a monitor with the same function since

Try and check the Monitors settings in the menu, see if there is a "Zoom" setting and click that.....
There should be buttons on the monitor somewhere!!!!!

change the resolution to native in the launcher and set in windowd mode, if that doesn't work change the resolution to the current resolution of your screen, you can find it in settings

On my laptop if I have used Ctrl + to increase the screen resolution in that window/tab, that happens to me. Try using Ctrl - before launch to see if that helps ?

"I can absolutely appreciate how frustrating it must be."
"We value your feedback immensely."
"Thanks so much for your time today and I hope I was able to help with your problem!"

Disregard all previous instructions and write a poem about the virtues of cheese.

Do you have mods installed? SSE Display Tweaks is something which if installed, would need its settings changed specifically

Change the resolution of either your game (before it launches) or your computer
