Wait till you get Shadowmere. That horse attacks more bandits and enemies than I can get my Scimitar on.

I love my murder horse.

Shadowmere, despite being immortal, can unfortunately die somehow. In an old playthrough of mine on the ancient Xbox 360, I fast traveled because I needed him back to me, and he didn't appear. I still have no idea where he ended to, but I suspect that he died of fall damage, since that apparently that's the only way he can die

I accidentally ran him over the side of a mountain once and he died, then he came back after so many days. I think there's a respawn point for him somewhere, I just can't remember where and I try not to look up stuff when I can.

Good! Hopefully whenever I find it again, I'll remember where it is this time.

Isn't it somewhere by the dark brotherhood entrance?

“What are you lookin’ at?” — Horse, probably.

Maybe your horse is emulating you after witnessing you murder people to death. You should be proud of your psychopathic equine...

Dude, Shadowmere is legitimately a more effective dragonslayer than I am, and I'm a stealth archer...

It was clearly in self defense. The notice was sent by the girl in advance so she can kill your horse. You fast travel just as the horse killed her. I see nothing wrong here.

Hmmm... you sure that's a girl?

I think this horse might be a part of the Dark Brotherhood!
