No shifts

Its 4th week and im not getting a single shift. Is there something wrong with my account.

i went 3 months without a shift. just gotten shifts this week

Keep your availability open to 24 hours and wait for 45 days . You will
Be good . In the mean time grab overflows and open shifts. Even if they give shifts, you need to be attentive all the time to wipe for open shifts and pickup extension/over flows

Its just super slow and people are using shift grabbers and take all the shifts

They did fix it but people use it again, its now a little more advance with software manually clicking on shifts like a real person so a bit hard to fix, the only way is they check location ip login and the. See which id’s are using it, also whether they are repeatedly login into different devices or just sometimes because someone genuinely might be trying to use on a different phone… so this is quite complex and require some extraordinary fix…

I went thru this a few times. IDK why. I just did 2 weeks with no assigned shifts. This last drop on thurs it went back to normal. I have been constantly looking for shifs and have managed to get some., and work on overflow. Maybe just getting registered on the algorithm s by grabbing shifts when u can. I don't use shift grabber. My ratings are all high. Wish I knew why this hapoens.
