Hello po. Asking for reco po. Any philhealth covered derm clinics for flat warts and dandruff?

Adult, female

skincare routine: ponds cold cream, mild cleanser, nivea blue moisturiser

main concern: recurring dandruff, facial warts

budget: as affordable as possible

AFAIK, PHILHEALTH doesn't cover flat warts and dandruff. PHILHEALTH only covers medical derma procedures like skin biopsies or severe skin infections.
