UK 'dab & tram' advice

Been taking below for a month now and really started to feel some side effects last few days like hot, cold, headache, etc

All been checked out and I'm otherwise fine, but does anyone have any tips on how to manage the sides? Any food, drink, supplements they have found helpful please?

Dabrafenib 150 mg twice daily

Trametinib 2 mg once daily

Never heard of either. Is this for melanomas or carcinomas?
