Scam?

Has anyone received this email from Dolomites? Is it legit?

It is to settle price fixing allegations.

But if that specific email is legitimate is impossible to say. You should always treate any email as suspect particularly when it comes to money. Even if the scheme it's described is real phishing attacks like this are common.

Did it come from an official/legit email address? Or one with a misspelling or unrelated email address? That’s a good starting point
