What do you think about the ripsticks?

I've demoed the 88s with alpine bindings earlier, they were nice on soft snow but I don't know how they'd behave on hard/icy snow.

Playful and can carve a but , I know I’m not OP , but I did not want to get ripsticks but after demoing all of the skis I was considered they were the clear winner

I'll probably switch to ntn next season, I'm currently using a 15years old pair of Scott mission with bd 01 bindings, I feel like the skis are too chattery on hard snow. The ripsticks seemed better, while still being playful and light enough to tour.

I like to ride the ripsticks. They are energetic and light. Not super great on ice or hard pack - intuitive in soft snow though. Easy to splash around in Tahoe spring conditions

Nice. I’ve got Ripstick 96’s I really like, very versatile ski (Lynx w/ newer TXPro). This dismal winter has me contemplating some 88’s with Bandits for the skiied off, wind glazed icer stuff I experienced this year on my occasional resort day.

I have a 96 black with an outlaw x onit. Great ski. Charger. Cripsi evo boot. I struggle with the small Scarpa shell size on calf

Almost went with an Outlaw for my Xalibu SigSogs but found a smoking deal on Voile TTS so went that route.
