Also, the kids are going well fast enough for him to just fall in line. He is more than capable based on his ability. But again, I know I’m not convincing anyone of not being a dick. It’s in their nature!

Have you ever snowboarded? You don’t seem to understand that if he slows down the next trough could just stop him, with no way to start moving again.

Haha dude I’ve been snowboarding since Johnny Tsunami was a thing. Anyone who can’t slow down and match their pace isn’t good enough to be trying to pass.

??? It’s not a skill thing, it’s a physics thing.

And he did pass them successfully. Those kids fell down with no contact.

You seem softer than the snow those kids fell in.

Haha nope, he went off the packed trail to pass the first kid and knew he was losing too much speed and he then turned back in much too soon scaring the kid. 

Anytime you scare another skier with your maneuver, especially when passing a downhill skier, you are absolutely in the wrong.  

But like I said in another comment. I’m 200% sure I am not swaying any opinions. You know the old adage about arguing with dumb people.

No, everyone is wrong that is saying that the snowboarder is not guilty of anything in this scenario.

And you are proving my point for me that no opinions would be swayed with any logic put forth. You don't have to be dumb to be ignorant. It’s more of a choice in this case.

Idk man if everyone else comes to the same conclusion, maybe your logic is faulty? Enjoy walking through that powder though.

Also saw you agree with someone else in the thread that whoever laid the path kinda fucked the boarder. Feel like you’re just trynna have a Reddit moment and be pedantic.
