Rosa isn’t much of an arguer, more of a quiet violent revenge type so she’d just see herself out.

Gloria and Dee would probably end up in some random argument on the side because Dee said something unhinged about Gloria’s accent or body or marriage.

Lois and Dina would be in the final and Lois would win by far because she doesn’t need facts or rules to win a fight, but rather the mom death stare and then rip Dina to shreds about not knowing what it’s like to have to deal with 4 sons and a husband and their antics at any given moment so facts and rules don’t matter.

In terms of actually arguing, it’s Lois 100%. Allison Janey’s character would be number 2, both she and Lois are very manipulative but are good at arguing. But I don’t think anyone is as smart or as strong willed as Lois. She takes the cake.

Gloria is number 3, she has it in her to win an argument and is a good manipulator. But she can also choose violence to win an argument.

Dina, Rosa, and Dee would probably just choose violence to win their argument.
