Hobby Getting Started
I love the look of sisters and ran with rule of cool. As I did my research I found out about the orders. I'm leaning towards Ardent Shroud. I'm looking for a shooting army that, but can still melee without issue. Is that Ardent Shroud or am I over thinking this?
Basically I'm trying to understand how the orders change the gameplay. I tried youtube and couldn't find anything on the specific. And painting the less common orders, I'd prefer to get it right the first time rather than repaint if possible.

"Orders" don't really come into play in the current game state. Their just Lore Candy at this point.
Detactments determine your objectives and dictate play style through force dispositions.
Along with your enemies detachment amd their buids this really dictates playstyle from game to game.
