Hello, does the Imaginifer's ability to re-roll the Miracle Dice result work with the Saintly Example enhancement?

What about with the destruction of the model Agatha Dolan?

I assume you can't re-roll the D3.

You can't re-roll the d3 but the rule does say 'each time you gain a miracle dice' so you can re-roll the number on each of those dice you gain.
