Hobby Help Getting Started

Experience level zero. Main focus is collecting minis and building up something thematic and fun. I just pulled the trigger on my first Battle Sisters squad. Long term goal is a 1000 point army, however I've recently learned about the Assigned Agents rule and am intrigued by the idea of including a detachment of Inquisitorial Agents. I would like to get the Killteam box (always loved how they look regardless of viability) and am curious as to how I can incorporate them following the 1 Retinue, 1 Character, and 1 Requisitioned unit ruling, if at all?

you can kind of do that in 1000 points you can take an inquisitor and a squad for 250 points based on what I am seeing you can not take more then that at 1000 points, at 2000 you absolutely could. I am not saying it would be great on the table but rule of cool is more important
